Gary received his dose of Methotrexate late last night. Because he had suffered acute renal failure during the last treatment and his kidneys were not completely back to where they should be, the doctor lowered his MTX dose by 50%. He was feeling ok today, just tired. As before, Gary immediately started gaining weight from fluids. This time however, they were quick to start him on a diuretic and by the end of the day, he had lost some of that. Please pray that he will not have as difficult a time with his kidneys this time around.
